1. Scope

This Refunds and billing policy applies to fees for the Site (none are charged to browse) and to Software licence and professional-service fees under an Order. It forms part of the Terms of use. If the Order states a different refund rule, the Order controls. Mandatory consumer-refund laws do not typically apply to B2B platform licences; where a law cannot be disapplied, it prevails.

2. The marketing site

Access to the public Site is free. Demo and trial tenants we issue are free unless an Order says otherwise. We do not take card payments on this static Site. There is therefore nothing to refund for merely browsing or submitting a local form draft.

3. Software licences

Unless the Order or mandatory law requires otherwise:

Setup, onboarding, and implementation fees are non-refundable once work has started or a tenant has been provisioned.
Subscription fees paid in advance are non-refundable for the period already commenced, including if you stop using the Software or fail to complete your own KYC, broker, or marketing launch.
Overage and usage fees for accounts or API volume already incurred are payable and non-refundable.
Professional services already performed are payable on the milestones in the statement of work; unused future milestones may be cancelled on the notice that statement provides.
Third-Party Service fees (terminal licences, data, KYC per-check fees, payment processing) are charged by those vendors under their terms. We do not refund those charges.

Non-renewal: if you give timely notice of non-renewal as the Order requires (if silent, thirty days before term end), you will not be billed for the following term. That is not a refund of the current term.

4. When a refund may apply

We will refund prepaid unused fees for the unused remainder of a then-current term if:

The Order expressly grants a refund right.
Mandatory law requires a refund.
We terminate for convenience, or we materially reduce a paid core function without a substantially similar alternative, as described in the Terms, and you terminate as those clauses allow.
We confirm a duplicate payment or a clear billing error in our favour.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method where practicable, in USD, minus any non-refundable processor costs if the error was not ours. We may require written confirmation from an authorised billing contact. Processing may take one to two billing cycles after approval.

We do not refund because your End Users failed evaluations, because a broker or data vendor refused you, because your marketing underperformed, or because you disagree with a risk rule you configured.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card scheme without first contacting us, we may suspend Services pending resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may be treated as non-payment. Contact admin@oneprop.shop with the invoice number first.

6. Taxes and currency

Fees are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar. If we are required to collect tax, it will appear on the invoice. Withholding is handled as the Terms describe. Published prices are in USD; your bank’s conversion rates and fees are yours.

7. Invoices and disputes

Raise invoice disputes in writing within fourteen days of the invoice date, with reasonable detail. You may withhold only the disputed amount; undisputed amounts remain due. We will work in good faith to resolve billing errors. Late fees on amounts finally determined to have been billed in error will be reversed.
