What is OneProp?

OneProp is white-label infrastructure for proprietary trading firms. Core is challenge, risk, trader dashboard, admin CRM, KYC, payments, payouts, analytics, and API. Affiliates, marketing, journal, contests, and native terminals Platform5 and TradeHub live in the same tenant — you pick them on the license. Not five vendors.

Are you a prop firm?

No. We are a technology provider. You own the brand, the traders, the rules, and the revenue. OneProp is not visible to your traders.

Do I need a separate CRM, affiliate tool, journal, or terminal?

No. Those modules live in the same tenant as challenge and risk. Typical white-labels invoice them separately or skip them. Launch is core ops; Scale and Command include the growth pack. You can add terminals, affiliates, marketing, and journal without a second vendor.

Do you take revenue share?

No. Published plans are monthly platform licenses. Challenge fees, profit splits, and payouts stay with you. We do not sell a no-fee / 50% share SKU. Expert marketing, PR, and HR are opt-in and quoted.

Which assets are supported?

FX/CFDs, on-exchange futures, and crypto — in the same operator stack. Program rules can differ by asset class. Hybrid desks do not need two CRMs.

How fast can we go live?

A standard branded launch is designed around a two-week configuration window: brand, programs, payments, KYC, and terminals. Custom liquidity work can extend that. Migrations off another WL are scoped to the data map, not a slogan.

How does pricing work?

One published model. Monthly platform license that scales with accounts, the modules you turn on, and non-native trading platforms beyond two. Launch $2,490 · Scale $4,990 · Command $8,990. No revenue share. We do not sell a no-fee / 50% share SKU. Expert services are opt-in and quoted. Model the pack on the pricing page.

Which terminals ship by default?

Platform5 and TradeHub are separate native modules. Scale and Command include both; Launch adds either or both as line items. Other majors are non-native connectors — MT4/5, cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade / XT, TradeLocker, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, Quantower, ATAS, Volumetrica / VolSys, Bookmap, BlackArrow, CLEO, ProjectX, TradingView, Sirix. First two non-native platforms are included; each extra is $290 / mo. Data hubs (OneZero, PrimeXM, Gold-i, DXFeed, CME) are not trading platforms and are quoted with the book.

Can I keep MetaTrader or cTrader?

Yes. Bring the license. We attach evaluation and risk to the fill stream. First two non-native trading platforms are included; a third and beyond is $290 / mo each.

Do you handle KYC?

Integrated. You pick the vendor and the trigger (signup, first payout, or both). Digital agreements live in the same portal.

Restricted countries?

None at the platform layer. Your PSP and counsel may differ. Geo rules are configurable.

Is the journal a separate product?

No. It is a module in the same tenant. Launch can add it; Scale and Command include it. Traders do not need a second login.

Do you market as a funded firm?

Never. We do not evaluate traders or warehouse your book.

Do I need a tech team?

No for a standard launch. The admin CRM is for operators. Custom connectors and a private trader chrome are Command-class work.

What is included vs add-on?

Core on every license: challenge, risk, CRM, dashboard, KYC/payments/payouts, analytics, API. Selectable: affiliates, marketing, journal, contests, Platform5, TradeHub, advanced detectors, dual-book overlay, named 24/7. Scale and Command bundle more of those. Two non-native trading platforms included; each extra $290 / mo. Dedicated trader chrome and a net-new connector are quoted.

Can we migrate from another CRM or WL?

Yes. Inventory, rule rewrite, parallel run, cutover. Timeline is the cleanliness of the export, not a brochure number.

Do you support crypto and equities?

Crypto CFDs and on-exchange crypto are first-class books. Equities can share the CRM; tell us the venue on the demo.

How do contests work?

Admin-created, time-boxed programs with leaderboards and a prize you define. Same risk engine. Leads become trader records and get a path into a paid SKU.

How do discount codes work?

Global or affiliate-owned. Limits, windows, SKU scope, live redemption. They sit on the same billing graph as checkout, resets, and pass refunds.

Do you run risk as a service?

No. We enforce your rules and surface exposure so you can hedge. A staffed risk desk is a separate commercial conversation if you want one — it is not hiding inside the license.

What happens after launch?

You keep the configuration thread through go-live. Support is pooled or named by plan. Expert marketing/PR is not bundled as theatre.

How do you price overage?

Launch 400 accounts then $3.50 each. Scale 1,500 then $2.50 each. Command is unlimited at $8,990 / mo plus the modules that plan already includes. First two non-native trading platforms included; each extra $290 / mo. Caps are hard. No revenue share. Model the pack on the pricing page.

Do you take a cut of challenge fees?

No. Challenge fee stays with you. Partner CPA vs rev-share is your commercial choice — the engine claws back a failed pay-later either way.

Can rules differ by phase?

Yes. Challenge, verification, and funded can use different thresholds and actions on the same account. Daily and max drawdown can sit on independent bases.

Is English the only language?

This marketing site is English. Trader dashboard locale is a tenant setting. Meet the book in the language they speak.

Who owns trader data?

You. Export traders, fills, affiliates, rule versions. Exit is a feature. We do not hostage the ledger.

Simulated vs live funded?

Most evaluations are simulated. Funded may not be. Say so in marketing. We will not help you print live-capital language on a sim book. The setting is per program, not a global toggle we hide.

Platform5 vs TradeHub?

Platform5 is the desktop-class workstation. TradeHub is the web and mobile trader on your origin. Fill-path risk is identical. Use both. Bridges exist for names you already promised.

Can FX and futures share a tenant?

Yes. Per-asset physics. Do not buy a second white-label for a futures or crypto skin. Hybrid desks stay on one operator console.

What is an invisible vendor?

Trader UI, mail, and legal links are yours. OneProp is not in the client area. Default on every published plan — not an enterprise SKU.

Do you invent testimonials or client logos?

No. If we do not have it, we do not print it. This site does not carry fictional quotes, fake SLAs, or a 99.9% badge.

Still unclear?

That is what the demo is for.
